Our database of candidates is built on personal relationships with candidates that have been built over the last 10+ years.  One of our best sources of candidates is referrals!  Who better to assess someone’s skills then a co-worker or team lead, that we have an established relationship with?  We appreciate these referrals and we are one of the few recruiting agencies in the industry that offer a referral rewards program.  We stay away from resumes posted on the big job boards, and rely on more personal methods.
